Elkhan Nasibov

Elkhan Nasibov is a Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO of Guavapay Limited. Elkhan has an extensive background in banking and is now focused on compliance and regulation. Elkhan began his banking career at the age of 19 when he began working for one of the Europe’s largest banks. With wealth of knowledge and experience working across all sides of banking, including business development, product development, operations, regulatory and compliance. Although he is deeply focused on compliance and regulation, Elkhan has played a key role in building the company’s foundation from scratch. His leadership contributed directly to the rise of Guavapay and led to the growth of the company from five employees to more than 150 experts and professionals in IT, finance, and banking around the world.
