Jill Docherty is the Vice President, Customer Success, EMEA, at Nium, the global platform for on-demand money movement. Jill has end-to-end accountability for customer excellence and supports Nium’s customers in simplifying expansion, streamlining local payments, and unlocking new revenue. With over 20 years of knowledge split across emerging and developed markets, within consumer-packaged goods and financial services, Jill brings a wealth of expertise to Nium’s Customer Success teams across the EMEA region and, more broadly, at an international level.
Jill Docherty’s background is deeply rooted within payments, with many years dedicated to international fintech organisations like Nium, Mastercard and Visa. Jill is a true global citizen. She was born in England and raised in South Africa.
Prior to joining Nium in September 2022, Jill spent over four years at Visa and over ten years at Mastercard, where she held several senior roles across Africa, Asia, and Europe. This responsibility encompassed sales, marketing, and product functions, to name a few.
Earlier in her career, Jill held multiple board level roles at global marketing agencies including Grey Worldwide and McCann; working with clients such as Visa, Procter and Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, General Motors, Nestle and L’Oréal.
