Kai Zhang

Kai Zhang is based in London, who has been advising on UK regulatory matters for more than a decade. Kai primarily focuses on the regulation of payment services, e-money, and crypto, with extensive experience on regulatory issues ranging from PI/EMI authorisation, conduct of business requirements, open banking, to MLR crypto registration requirements and the FCA crypto financial promotion requirements. In addition, Kai also advises on regulatory requirements relating to asset management and investment funds, with respect to issues such as cross-border marketing, investment firm prudential requirements and remuneration codes.
