Julian joined PEXA in February 2026, having previously worked in strategy consulting where his focus was emerging trends in Financial & Professional Services, including FinTech and LegalTech.
In a career spanning more than 25 years he has worked across startups, scale-ups, and global corporates, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. A constant theme in his career has been a focus on innovation and anticipating what’s next in the industries he has worked in.
In 2025, Julian completed a Professional Doctorate (DBA) examining how technology shapes business models in financial services.
