John has over 30 years experience in automotive financial services, across a broad spectrum of business functions.
John has worked across Europe within Ford Credit as a leader in operational and strategic roles and executed numerous major change programmes, including operational redesign, product design and digital transformation.
Most recently John has been focussed on innovation in Fintech as well as connected vehicle technologies.
John was previously also an employer nominated director of the UK Ford pension scheme and has previously acted as judge for Enactus and Social Shifters competitions and as an advisor for the Ford “Make it Driveable” start-up challenge.
